Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Seaside Puzzle (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to form a binding contract.

License and Use

Subject to these Terms, Moblegend Technology Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

User Content

The App may allow you to upload, post, or share content, including text, images, and videos (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting or sharing it, you grant Moblegend Technology Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your User Content.

Prohibited Activities

• Post or share any content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Post or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the App to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Moblegend Technology Limited or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Moblegend Technology Limited disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moblegend Technology Limited be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms.

Termination

Moblegend Technology Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Changes to Terms

Moblegend Technology Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
